How to Apply Thermal paste on Processor (CPU) AMD or Intel

Now because its so hot summer and everybody is hot like a sun now even your PC/laptop need a refreshment, So  i Decided to post a proper or correct way on applying thermal paste on the hot spot of your computer 

1,Small amount - "grain of rice" - in the center of the CPU

2,Roll out the paste to cross then apply DISSI that will stretch the dough with its pressure:

3, Roll out the dough on the whole CPU
